Your order will be processed immediately once you settled and send the proof of payment to us on @bellucci.mnl - Instagram, Facebook account and email at bellucci.mnl@gmail.com. Payments that are not settled within 3 days will be automatically canceled. Considerations will be accepted by telling us if payment is not settled more than 3 days. Thank you

Orders will be shipped within 4-7 working days (Except weekends and holidays). 

We will notify you by sending a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.  

We ship nationwide (fixed rate for orders below 500g): 

Metro Manila - PHP 150 

Province - PHP 190

Orders with Pet Carriers/Pet Bags - PHP250 (item is more than 500g)

NOTE: For rush orders like birthdays/events/etc - Please DM us for on hand items so we can deliver it to you on the same day by booking Lalamove/ Mr. Speedy/ Grab

Please make sure to pick the right size for you and your fur babies. We won't allow any exchange of sizes upon purchasing, we will inform beforehand what the actual size will be placed upon your order.

We will not replace damaged products. We will surely guarantee you that the items that you will be purchasing will be in their best quality and we will not allow the customer to purchase a defective product.
